How long does shipping take for my costume?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, while express orders arrive within 1-2 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy if the costume doesn't fit?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the costume is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Please note that for hygiene reasons, wigs and hosiery cannot be returned.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart specific to that brand. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips to compare against our guide before ordering.
Do you offer group or bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer special pricing for group orders, dance schools, and corporate events. Please contact our customer service team with your requirements for a custom quote.
